Before founding PAMco, David was responsible for managing the super-prime portfolio for Knight Frank including high end developments in central London. His extensive experience with private home management on behalf of high net worth individuals as well as large corporate Landlords and Tenants allows him to offer best in class service in a cost effective model. David has also managed many high-profile refurbishment projects across a wide spectrum of properties, enhancing the value of his client’s portfolios.

LETTINGS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We manage your property throughout the lettings process.
Services include compliance with health and safety procedures and legislation, arrange for check in and check out inspections, a full reactive maintenance service, periodic inspections with condition reporting, deposit negotiation.
VACANT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We act as caretaker to your property when left vacant.
Services include regular property inspections and condition reporting in line with insurance requirements, reactive and preventative maintenance and appointment of domestic staff.
